    • Clear project requirements
      Your space needs, lifestyle requirements, preferences, and expectations.
    • Site details & documents
      Plot papers, survey drawings, title documents, existing drawings (if applicable), developer rules & regulations if any.
    • Budget clarity
      An approximate budget helps us design practical and achievable solutions.
    • Reference ideas (optional)
      Images, Pinterest links, or design references to help us understand your taste.

    The overall timeline depends mainly on how quickly decisions are finalized and how much design exploration is required.

    • Design Phase (2D Planning): 8–30 days
      Clients with clear requirements may complete this phase in 8 days, while those exploring multiple options may take longer.
    • 3D Design Development: 10–30 days
      Begins after finalizing the 2D plan. The duration depends on the number of revisions.
    • Sanction Drawings: 10 days
      Prepared once the design is finalized.
    • Approval & Sanction Process: 6–8 weeks
      Timelines depend on local authorities and project type.
    • Working Drawings (Parallel Process): 8–12 weeks
      RCC & technical / construction drawings are developed alongside the sanction process, enabling construction to commence immediately after approval.
    • Construction Commencement:
      Pre-prepared drawings ensure a smooth and immediate start to construction once approvals are received.

    Our fees are based on a per square foot system, which ensures transparency and clarity from the beginning.

    This method keeps the fee directly linked to the size and scope of the project, making it fair and easy to plan financially.

    The per sq.ft. fee generally includes:

    • Architectural design & planning
    • 3D visualization
    • Working drawings & technical detailing
    • Coordination during execution

    The rate may vary depending on the level of services required — basic design, detailed drawings, or full consultancy.

    We follow a structured and systematic design approach to ensure your vision is translated seamlessly into reality. The process begins with a comprehensive briefing session, where we carefully understand your lifestyle, functional requirements, climatic considerations, Vaastu preferences, and aesthetic sensibilities.

    These insights are then translated into detailed 2D planning and further developed into immersive 3D visualizations. Any required modifications are thoughtfully incorporated through a collaborative refinement process until the design aligns perfectly with your expectations.
